🔄 Camp Refund Policy

100% refund (less 5% admin fee) if canceled 30+ days before the camp start date.
75% refund (less 5% admin fee) if canceled 15+ days before the camp start date.
50% refund (less 5% admin fee) if canceled 7+ days before the camp start date.
No refunds for cancellations received less than 2 business days before the camp start date.

ℹ️ Additional Info

• 👶 Extended Care: Available for $10/hr (7:30 AM – 9:00 AM & 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM)

• 🥪 Lunch: Please pack a peanut-free & nut-free lunch and snacks for your child. CWMS will provide peanut-free/nut-free snacks during snack breaks.

• 🍕 Pizza Lunch Option: Available for $10/day (2 slices of cheese or pepperoni pizza, juice, and a snack). Can be pre-ordered or requested on the camp day.
